REFUND POLICY

We have a 45-day return policy, which means you have 45 days after receiving your service to request a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your order must have not been reported to the bureaus after 45 days.. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a refund, you can contact us at fundingtradelines@proton.me. If your refund is accepted, we will process your request within 24 hour.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
You may exchange your packages for another service if you have not sent payment or the service have not been delivered yet.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your refund, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
